Lead cross-functional agile delivery teams within a lean program structure, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical dependencies
Develop and drive execution of project milestones with a hands-on, proactive approach to issue resolution and risk management
Collaborate with diverse stakeholders to resolve challenges, balancing strategic objectives with operational realities
Foster clear, consistent communication across business units, technical teams, and leadership to ensure transparency and alignment
Escalate critical issues appropriately while maintaining momentum, team engagement, and a positive, solutions-oriented influence
Manage ambiguity, prioritize effectively, and deliver results under pressure
