Responsibilities
Handle all day-to-day responsibilities and duties for two or more apartment communities
Responsible for meticulous upkeep and trash removal of grounds, amenities, building exteriors, leasing office, parking lots, and community common areas
Assist in the cleaning and preparation of units including trash removal from vacant apartments
Complete weather preparation and clean up as needed
Organize, maintain, and utilize provided supplies in a cost-effective manner
Present an appearance appropriate to the image of the company
Complete additional tasks or duties assigned by community leadership
Qualification
Required
Minimum of one year of Porter experience
High school education or equivalent
Accurately perform basic mathematical functions
Physical demands may include the ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, talk, hear, and reach using feet, legs, back, arms and hands
Occasionally required to climb
Specific vision requirements include the ability to use close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
Required to work at a personal computer
Must possess the ability to detect auditory and/or visual alarms
Available to work extended/flexible hours and weekends as needed
Regular attendance and active participation/planning at company functions and events is required
Preferred
Beginner computer and Internet knowledge
Ability to use on-site resident management software
