Responsibilities

Develop, enhance, and maintain backend services using Core Java and Spring Boot
Create and consume RESTful APIs for application integrations
Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve complex application issues in a large enterprise environment
Implement Java design patterns and apply best practices in application development
Write and execute test cases using JUnit and support component, acceptance, and virtualization testing
Use Git/Bitbucket for version control and collaborative development
Contribute to Test Driven Development (TDD) practices
Participate in agile ceremonies and support CI/CD and resiliency engineering efforts

Required

Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts

Knowledge of the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Experience writing unit tests with JUnit and supporting broader testing activities
Proficiency with Git, Bitbucket, and other version control tools
Experience with Test Driven Development (TDD)
Understanding of agile methodologies, CI/CD, and application resiliency practices
