Responsibilities
Handle month-end close activities, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules
Perform AR valuation, contractual allowance calculations, and reserve rate analysis
Prepare analytics and reporting related to reimbursement and net revenue
Support Finance and Operations teams with reimbursement-related insights and variance analysis
Work with large data sets in Excel to identify trends, issues, and improvement opportunities
Help identify process inefficiencies and contribute to workflow and reporting improvements
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
5+ years of experience in healthcare reimbursement, revenue analytics, or healthcare accounting
Strong accounting foundation with experience in journal entries and reconciliations
Advanced Excel skills and comfort working with large datasets
Healthcare experience is required; medical group experience is a plus
Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to work independently
Clear communication skills and comfort collaborating across teams
