Responsibilities
Perform routine building maintenance, including minor repairs, painting, and basic carpentry
Maintain grounds, including mowing lawns, trimming shrubs, weeding, raking leaves, and clearing debris
Conduct inspections of facilities to identify and address maintenance needs
Clean and maintain common areas, walkways, and building exteriors
Assist with snow/ice removal or storm cleanup as needed (if applicable)
Operate and maintain landscaping tools and equipment safely
Ensure compliance with safety procedures and regulations
Assist with moving furniture, event setup, and other general labor tasks as needed
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
1–2 years of experience in building maintenance, landscaping, or groundskeeping
Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs a plus
Ability to operate and maintain maintenance and landscaping equipment
Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, bend, stoop, and work on your feet for extended periods
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
