Responsibilities

Great customer service skills
Work on all technology issues within all areas of Goodwill including Stores, Main Office, Community Resource Centers, and PTO
Performs information systems administrative procedures and maintains documentation that covers data control, applications training, data coordination and scheduling, data security administration, etc
Works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role
Work is closely managed
Work independently on technology installations and troubleshooting
Works with user departments during design and installation phase and provides information to fulfill project reporting requirements as assigned
Keep all company systems updated with the latest software and evaluate system upgrades and new software
Responsible for the Technical Support of all computers, servers, WAN, LAN, Printers, registers, fax machines, credit card machines, POS systems, and software
Ensure that in case of a disaster such as a plant fire or flood, division information stored in the systems will be not be lost
Conducts periodic audits on-site and off-site to ensure this disaster recovery program is effective
Knowledge of communications hardware/software techniques
Considerable skill in the application of hardware, software, and other telecommunications techniques relevant to business communication problems is required
Complementing this should be working skill in assisting users to identify and express their communications system needs, as well as working skill in project management and supervision
Able to function in a workgroup, team-oriented environment; Able to lift up to 50 lbs. (computer hardware), multi-task; Must have a valid Florida License and proper insurance that would allow them to travel from location to location while using their personal vehicle

Required

Minimum of 1-3 years extensive knowledge in the operations of IT, computer hardware, software and peripherals
Working knowledge for installing, configuring, upgrading, troubleshooting and repairing equipment
University degree or college diploma in computing or information technology or equivalent combination of education, training and experience
Great customer service skills
