Qualification
Required
1–3 years of relevant experience in project coordination or junior project management (more experienced candidates welcome if role-aligned)
Familiarity with project management concepts and workflows (PMP not required)
Strong communication and time-management skills
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
Comfortable working near call center teams (no phone support responsibilities)
