Responsibilities
As the primary technician on-site, you will be the "face of the building" for 100+ tenant suites and all common areas
Systems Management: Independently troubleshoot and maintain HVAC (Boiler and Chiller systems), plumbing, lighting, and electrical frameworks
Property Upkeep: Execute wall repairs, professional-grade painting, door hardware adjustments, and general carpentry to keep the facility in "Class A" condition
Tenant Relations: Provide white-glove service when responding to tenant work orders, ensuring minimal disruption to their business operations
Vendor Oversight: Evaluate building issues to determine if they can be solved in-house or require external contractors; coordinate with vendors as the on-site point of contact
Emergency Response: Monitor building operations and act as the primary responder for after-hours emergencies or critical system failures
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in commercial building maintenance
Advanced knowledge of commercial HVAC (Boilers/Chillers), plumbing, and electrical troubleshooting
Ability to lift 60 lbs, climb ladders, and work comfortably at heights or in confined mechanical spaces
Must possess a full set of personal hand and power tools
Ability to pass a comprehensive criminal background check and professional reference verification
A self-starter who doesn't need a daily task list and can manage their own inventory and schedule effectively
