Responsibilities

Shape and deliver our 2025–2030 programme strategy, including developing 5,000 future leaders and establishing a global 'Change in Action Hub' for collaboration and thought leadership

Design, oversee, and deliver transformative programmes that deepen engagement with young people

Secure resources and build partnerships to expand our reach and impact

Serve as an ambassador for Cumberland Lodge, inspiring confidence among stakeholders and donors
