Qualification

Medical degree MDMedical degree DOBoard certification in Allergy/ImmunologyState medical licensure

Required

Medical degree (MD, DO, or equivalent) from an accredited institution
Board certification or eligibility in Allergy/Immunology
State medical licensure, or eligibility to obtain license, in the state of Wisconsin
Rank will be determined by the qualifications and experience of the successful finalist
