Responsibilities

Requirements Elicitation: Assist with requirements gathering through interviews, workshops, and surveys for new services, software, and hardware

Analysis and Documentation: Help translate initial, and often ambiguous, requests into clear, detailed requirements specifications, user stories, and functional documents

Change Management: Manage and document changes to baseline requirements through a formal change control process

Liaison and Communication: Act as a liaison between end-users and the technical team to ensure business needs are effectively communicated

Process Analysis: Assist in analyzing current business processes and workflows to ensure changes align with technical capabilities

Support UAT Planning: Assist in preparing for User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by helping to set up the test environment and preparing test data

Document Test Cases: Help create detailed UAT test cases and test scripts based on identified business requirements

Execute UAT Tests: Execute UAT test scripts under supervision, covering functional and end-to-end scenarios

Log and Track Defects: Accurately log defects found during testing, including steps to reproduce, expected results, and actual results

Ensure new service requests are accurately captured and meet the articulated business needs of stakeholders

Produce clear, accurate, and comprehensive documentation of requirements and test results

Support the efficient progression of change requests from initial request to final implementation
