Jasper Engines & Transmissions is focused on recruiting and hiring top talent for their Outside Sales and Branch Operations teams. The Branch and Sales Recruiter will manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to extending offers, while collaborating closely with hiring managers to ensure successful placements.

Responsibilities

Sourcing & Screening: Post jobs in select markets, utilizing our ATS and online job boards and recruitment sites

Candidate Assessment: Review candidates, conduct interviews (virtually or via phone), evaluate experience skills and cultural fit

Collaboration: Work with and provide guidance to sales and branch leadership to move candidates through the application and hiring process

Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage recruitment process from job posting to offer to coordinating onboarding and screening

Onboarding: Facilitate orientation
