Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience teaching management or leadership at the postsecondary level
Strong understanding of organizational behavior and management theory
Able to clearly evaluate decision-making and tradeoffs
Comfortable reviewing written scenarios and recommendations
Preferred
MBA or Master's degree in Management
Industry leadership or operations experience
Familiarity with AI or content evaluation workflows
