Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain automated test suites for our web and API layers
Perform manual testing when necessary to validate edge cases, new features, or investigate issues
Test early and often in lower environments (e.g., Dev, QA, Staging, etc.) to ensure integration with third-party services is reliable
Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and DevOps to identify test coverage gaps and improve release quality
Use tools like LambdaTest, BrowserStack, or Sauce Labs to perform cross-browser and cross-platform validation
Write and maintain integration tests for RESTful APIs
Analyze test results, debug issues, and provide actionable feedback
Contribute to continuous improvement of our testing strategy, tooling, and CI/CD pipelines

Required

Strong proficiency in Java for test automation
Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver or similar web automation frameworks
Experience using cross-browser/cloud test platforms like LambdaTest, BrowserStack, or Sauce Labs
Solid understanding of RDBMS concepts; able to write and interpret complex SQL queries
Proven experience testing RESTful APIs (automated and manual)
Skilled in manual exploratory testing, especially around new features and edge cases
Track record of building and maintaining automated regression test suites
Comfortable in a fast-paced, agile environment with frequent releases and changing priorities

Preferred

Experience with CI tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins)
Familiarity feature gates, A/B Testing tools like Statsig
Familiarity with application monitoring tools like Datadog and analytics platforms like Mixpanel
