Help ensure legal and regulatory obligations are being met across all applicable lines of business
Work with outside counsel to ensure legal matters are appropriately resolved
Focus on state compliance
Responsible for validating and updating any required compliance disclosures
Play an active role in making decisions with regards to internal compliance changes while ensuring we are following all federal and state laws
Qualification
Required
High School diploma or equivalent
Ability to thrive in a fast paced, technical environment
Ability to identify and recommend process improvements
Exceptional communication skills
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred
Financial, Compliance or Legal experience a plus
