Responsibilities

Provide strategic leadership over the planning, design, and delivery of complex, high-profile capital projects
Drive high-impact initiatives, navigating sensitive and politically significant assignments
Lead the preparation and review of executive-level reports, technical documents, and recommendations
Represent the Department with internal leadership, community stakeholders, and partner agencies
Foster cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful project outcomes
Act as Acting Assistant Director when needed, maintaining continuity of leadership and operations
Stay at the forefront of Parks and Recreation facilities, programs, and capital project innovations

Required
