Marketing Automation Manager-Professional
Axelon Services Corporation is seeking a Marketing Automation Manager to develop and execute talent marketing strategies while collaborating with various teams to enhance candidate marketing and HR communications. Responsibilities
Developing and executing TM strategy
Lead Talent Marketing Consultant, helping Client maintain best in class Candidate Marketing and expanding that capability across the full employee lifecycle
Collaborate regularly with Communications team to leverage and synchronize content and publishing
Collaborate regularly with Corporate Digital Marketing team to remain current on platforms
Provide strong input in vendor related discuss related to Talent Marketing and content production across all areas of HR
Craft compelling messaging for key HR initiatives, including policy changes, program rollouts, and employee resources
Maintain and update static HR content, such as Front Door pages, FAQs, and employee guides, to provide accurate and actionable information
Create original graphic and written content for a wide variety of audiences (leveraging existing assets, minor graphic design, copywriting, HR and legal routing)
Serve as the primary liaison between HR and Corporate Communications to align messaging and maintain a cohesive editorial calendar
Develop and tie digital communications strategies into company business and communications, department objectives and strategies
Own and evolve the EVP strategy, ensuring it is embedded into all HR communications
Develop thematic messaging that connects HR initiatives to the organization’s culture, values, and employer brand
Partner with HR and leadership teams to ensure EVP messaging is consistently integrated into talent marketing efforts and employee communications
Ensure Client. talent brand and reputation are enhanced by social media and digital activities
Actively manage potentially damaging issues in conjunction with Corporate Communications
Monitor industry and company news
Support Talent Marketing Consultant in developing a talent community and career site strategy in collaboration with Talent Acquisition and Corporate Communications
Create a comprehensive set of metrics/dashboard to communicate the value and state of Talent Marketing at Client
Draft proposals and acquires support for specific talent marketing initiatives
Partner with Portfolio Manager to ensure Talent Marketing measures are taken into account as part of ROI analysis of HR initiatives
Review regular report to identify ROI of Talent Marketing initiatives, with a special focus on areas of investment in the Candidate Marketing
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years related experience (i.e., Communications, Digital Marketing)
Experience in marketing, communications, talent experience or customer facing HR roles
Strong understanding of customer centric processes such as human centered design
Experience in managing digital execution - both day-to-day maintenance and campaign-style responsibility
Understanding of employment branding development
Experience leading complex projects, managing risk and driving a team to deliver the highest quality results for our clients
Innovative and bold mindset
Comfort operating with ambiguity
Preferred
Master's Degree and 3+ years of in the talent experience space
2 years of experience managing social media communities
Digital site development and production experience
Process improvement experience
Data analytics experience
