eTeam is seeking an experienced React UI Developer to design, build, and maintain high-quality, scalable user interfaces for modern web applications. The role involves collaborating with product managers and designers to translate UI/UX designs into efficient code while optimizing applications for performance and accessibility.

Responsibilities

Design and develop responsive, high-performance web applications using React.js
Build reusable components and front-end libraries for scalability and consistency
Translate UI/UX designs and business requirements into clean, efficient code
Optimize applications for maximum speed, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility
Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers
Lead front-end architecture decisions and contribute to technical design discussions
Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards
Ensure best practices in state management, component design, and performance optimization
Write unit and integration tests to ensure UI reliability and quality
Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and estimation

Required

8–10 years of experience in front-end or UI development
5+ years of hands-on experience with React.js
Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3
Experience with modern React features: Hooks, Context, functional components
Hands-on experience with state management libraries such as Redux
Strong experience with RESTful APIs and integrating front-end with backend services
Solid understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Preferred

Experience with TypeScript
Familiarity with Next.js or other React frameworks
Experience with design systems and component libraries (Material UI, Ant Design, Chakra, etc.)
Knowledge of performance monitoring and optimization tools
Experience working in large-scale applications
Android Native is plus
