Responsibilities
Perform break/fix and project case support for multiple clients
Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain printers and related hardware
Provide outstanding customer service while addressing technical issues
Document service calls and resolutions accurately
Participate in on-call rotation and provide after-hours support as required
Travel locally (50–150 miles per day) as needed to client sites
Qualification
Required
