Undergraduate Student Recruitment Ambassador for School of Business
The Center for Public Partnerships & Research is seeking Undergraduate Recruitment Ambassadors for the School of Business. The role involves recruiting prospective students by sharing personal experiences and conducting tours, while maintaining a positive representation of the student body.

Responsibilities
Holds a 1-hour office hour every week, during which the ambassador will give tours of Capitol Federal Hall to visiting prospective students/families or assist with other tasks, as assigned by the Director and/or Assistant Director of Undergraduate Recruitment
Ambassadors are required to assist with tours during various required events throughout the 2025-2026 school year, with three mandatory Saturday events
Qualification
Required
The student must be a current business undergraduate, meaning they have at least one business major
Student must maintain a 3.0+ GPA
Student must be able to fulfill hourly requirements of ambassador position (2-10 hours p/week, subject to change)
During the semester term of the appointment, the student hourly must be enrolled in no fewer than 6 credit hours
For summer periods the student hourly must: (1) have been enrolled in no less than 6 hours in the past spring semester or (2) be pre-enrolled in the upcoming fall semester in no less than 6 hours or (3) be enrolled in summer session or (4) be admitted to study in the upcoming fall semester
Student Hourlies may be undergraduate or graduate students. (Exceptions granted for GRA/GTA/GA appointments DO NOT apply to Student Hourly appointments)
Student employees are not eligible for remote work arrangements unless an exception is approved by the unit leadership and HR
This is an hourly/non-exempt position. A student employee cannot hold an hourly/non-exempt position and a salaried/exempt graduate or undergraduate position (GRA/GTA/GA/RUA/RGA) concurrently
Preferred
Student is actively involved in School of Business and university-wide student organizations
Student has experience and comfortability with public speaking, as demonstrated in resume and cover letter materials
Student has attention to detail and time management
Student has a flexible work/class schedule that can accommodate the changing needs of the position
