Responsibilities

Provide direct administrative support to Senior Vice President ( calendar management, meeting coordination, materials preparation)

Assist in the drafting and formatting of correspondence, briefing memos, presentations, and summaries

Coordinate meetings, as needed, with internal teams (legal, finance, treasury, communications) and external partners (banks, CDFIs, stakeholders)

Organize program files, agreements, and reference materials

Support meeting logistics, follow-ups, and action tracking
