Responsibilities
Manage and optimize processes for lockbox and related operations as new clients are onboarded
Oversee vendor relationships
Collaborate with sales and relationship teams to support onboarding of new government work
Document processes and identify efficiency opportunities
Build reporting and tracking for vendor and internal services, depending on skill set
Interact with internal teams and external clients and vendors to ensure smooth operations and compliance
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Eight to ten years of experience in project management activities
Preferred
Extensive knowledge of assigned project area
Well-developed organizational and analytical skills
Thorough knowledge of project management principles
Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and analyze data
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Master's degree preferred
Experience in Treasury, Fiscal Service, or other government agencies
Program management experience is a plus
Ability to work in an unstructured, evolving environment and help establish new processes
Strong relationship management and communication skills
Technical aptitude for understanding and improving operational applications
