Responsibilities
Lead the documentation and closing of business and real estate loans
Advise on bilateral and syndicated credit facilities, as well as mezzanine debt
Prepare core loan documents, amendments, consents, and intercreditor agreements
Issue-spot and solve problems across the deal lifecycle to ensure smooth execution for lenders and borrowers
Maintain direct interaction with shareholders and stakeholders to help shape transaction strategy
Qualification
Required
4+ years of commercial finance experience
Proven ability to draft and negotiate complex credit agreements and security documentation
J.D.; admitted to the Illinois Bar
