Mid, Senior LevelITCON Services is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced PMO and Pricing Manager to join their Finance and Accounting team. The role involves overseeing project execution, developing PMO processes, and leading pricing strategy development for bids and contract modifications.

Responsibilities
Oversee project execution across multiple programs, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, and budget
Develop and implement standard PMO process, reporting and training
Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to ensure contract compliance and operational efficiency
Lead WBS (Work Breakdown Structure) development and project setup in Unanet/ERP
Ensure proper task coding, labor category mapping, and budget alignment during project set-up and initiation
Collaborate with Project Managers to facility project finances and quarterly project management review meetings
Conducting periodic training for Project managers
Develop and maintain program forecasts to support strategic planning and resource allocation
Utilize Unanet to build and manage plan sets for what-if scenario modeling, including staffing, funding, and schedule variations
Lead pricing strategy development for new bids and contract modifications
Coordinate with proposal teams to develop cost volumes and pricing narratives
Analyze labor categories and rates, ensuring accurate mapping to solicitation requirements and internal roles
Conduct price-to-win analysis using market intelligence, historical data, and competitor benchmarks
Ensure all pricing submissions comply with FAR/DFARS, solicitation requirements, and internal policies
Qualification
Required
Detail-oriented and experienced in PMO (Program Management Operations) and Pricing
