Program Specialist IV - Office of Library Media and Instructional Materials (IM)

Tallahassee State College is seeking a Program Specialist IV to support instructional materials adoptions funded through Title I. The role involves developing processes for improvement and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of educational programs through the 2025-2026 school year.

Responsibilities

Displays a high level of effort and commitment to performing work; operates effectively within the organizational structure; demonstrates trustworthiness and responsible behavior
Works within the system in a resourceful manner to accomplish reasonable work goals; shows flexibility in response to process change and adapts to and accommodates new methods and procedures
Accepts direction and feedback from supervisor and follows through appropriately
Possess strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, good spelling, and grammar skills
Work both independently and with a team-based approach to successfully implement the program
Provide regular reports, data analyses, and evaluation tools to FDOE leadership

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree or four years of related project management experience
Displays a high level of effort and commitment to performing work; operates effectively within the organizational structure; demonstrates trustworthiness and responsible behavior
Works within the system in a resourceful manner to accomplish reasonable work goals; shows flexibility in response to process change and adapts to and accommodates new methods and procedures

Preference will be given to applicants with a Florida teaching
