Responsibilities
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
Perform month-end duties including data entry, bank reconciliations, and credit card management
Invoice customers accurately and efficiently
Generate adhoc financial reports using QuickBooks and Excel
Explain the accounting cycle and articulate debit/credit account processes
Handle shipping and inventory processes, with training available for those willing to learn
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in accounting, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
Experience with QuickBooks for managing financial data
Strong understanding of bank reconciliation and invoicing processes
Ability to explain and apply the accounting cycle, particularly debits and credits
Preferred
Knowledge of shipping and logistics is a plus, but not required
Experience in manufacturing or a similar industry is beneficial
