This role supports a growing printing and mailing solutions organization by creating intuitive, customer-centric web platforms that simplify ordering, personalization, and job tracking.

Responsibilities

Design, develop & maintain customer-facing web portals with polished, e-commerce-style user experience
Build workflows supporting online ordering, file uploads, approvals, reorders & tracking
Collaborate with IT, production, and customer service teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Integrate web applications with internal systems
Customize and support client-branded websites and dashboards
Optimize performance, security, and scalability
Troubleshoot issues and implement enhancements
Maintain technical documentation and best practices

Qualification

Web DevelopmentHTMLCSSJavaScriptE-commerce platformsAPIsUX/UI principlesCommunication skillsCross-functional collaboration

Required

Experience as a Web Developer, Application Developer, or Full Stack Developer
Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (React, Angular, or similar)
Experience with e-commerce platforms or customer self-service portals
Backend development experience with databases and APIs
Understanding of UX/UI principles and customer-focused design
Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally

Preferred

Familiarity with order management or production workflows
Experience with cloud-hosted applications
