Required

High school diploma or equivalent
Two years in an office setting providing administrative or clerical support to include experience in office coordination between service units, departments and/or divisions
Event planning and/or meeting coordination minimum of 1 year of experience
Must have a valid Utah Driver's License, with no more than 4 moving violations in the past 3 years
Cannot have more than 1 violation of driving under the influence of alcohol, any drug, or the combined influence of any alcohol or any drug within the last 10 years
Computer skills (including Microsoft Office Suite/365)
Basic knowledge of utilization of copiers, fax machines, email, e-communications (social media platforms), and other office tools (laminators, label makers, filing systems, and so on)
Basic payroll systems including payroll auditing, verification, and processing
Human resources information systems
Demonstrated proficiency with computer systems and operations at the intermediate level in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Pass basic Grammar test
Type 40 net words per minute
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Customer Service
Perform basic data analysis, trending and tracking data
Organized
Communicate with a wide variety of stakeholders, UTA managers, employees and vendors
Work independently and as a team member
Work under limited supervision
Manage time efficiently and effectively
