Managing a caseload of family law matters
Advising clients on legal proceedings and strategy
Drafting and reviewing legal documents
Representing clients in court proceedings
Collaborating with clients, paralegals, and other attorneys to ensure successful outcomes
Staying updated on changes in family law
Fostering strong relationships with clients and colleagues
Qualification
Required
Strong legal research, analysis, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client advocacy skills
Proficiency in drafting legal documents, contracts, and pleadings
Familiarity with family law litigation, mediation, and courtroom procedures
Active license to practice law in the state of Oklahoma
Ability to effectively manage multiple cases and meet deadlines
High ethical standards with a strong commitment to client confidentiality
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Preferred
Previous experience in family law or related legal practice is a plus
