Responsibilities

Assist with the physical setup of registration tables, signage, and program materials
Greet and welcome program participants and their families
Accurately check in and register students for programs
Distribute program materials and provide general program information
Help organize and manage registration flow to ensure smooth operations
Assist with breakdown and cleanup of the registration area after each event
Collaborate effectively with program staff and other assistants to support event success

Required

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Must be available for three saturday events, May 30th, June 6th, and June 13th
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift or move light materials, with or without reasonable accommodation

Preferred

Previous event or registration experience is preferred but not required
Positive, helpful, and team-oriented attitude
