Responsibilities

Analyze and decompose processes to recommend potential process improvements

Manage critical sales operational data, in systems such as Salesforce

Design and deploy tools in collaboration with the technology org to automate repetitious processes

Collaborate with Sales and Operational teams to conduct frequent data analytics for internal stakeholders to plan and execute both short- and long-term strategy for business growth

Identify trends in our marketplace, potential prospects, and innovations

Oversee the Sales technology budget, covering subscriptions, contracts, costs, and renewal fees

Develop financial models to examine and address complex business problems

Create and maintain dashboards and documents that provide senior executive team a reliable snapshot of our emerging business lines

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Management

5+ years' experience in Media, Sales Operations, or related field

Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

Insight with sales CRM and reporting tools, such as Salesforce, Google Data Studio, and Tableau or similar visualization tools

Expertise in competitive analysis, financial ratio assessment, SWOT evaluation, and market or industry analysis to drive clear, data‑backed decision‑making

Preferred

Proficient knowledge and interest in the media, entertainment, and advertising industry

Malleable to changing priorities and able to multitask critical assignments-effective time management
