OPS Customer Service Representative
Inside Higher Ed is announcing a part-time opening for the position of Customer Service Representative at Tallahassee State College. The role involves serving as the first point of contact for visitors and handling various administrative tasks to support the college environment.

Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, staff, vendors and store customers
Be the main point of contact for phone calls and in-person inquiries
Process mail, packages, and deliveries – while maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk/reception area
Assist with other operations- or store-related projects and tasks as assigned
Varied hours between 7:30 and 5:00; 25 hours weekly
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong communication and customer service skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to learn point-of-sale (POS) systems
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment
Professional demeanor and appearance
Preferred
Prior experience in front desk, administrative support, retail, or operations role
