Responsibilities
Manage multiple implementations that vary in scope, size and complexity
Ensure a stellar customer experience guided by the statement of work
Coordinating, leading and motivating a diverse cross-functional team of internal and external Sales, Clinical and Technical resources
Ensure site readiness and adherence to project timelines
Advise on project plan and responsible for daily updates on project status and activities
Qualification
Required
PMI certification per role/level is required for all Employees hired/re-hired into the CPM/CDM role (including internal transfers from a non-CPM/CDM role)
Bachelor's degree in the areas of: Clinical or Computer Science, Information Technology, Project Management or equivalent
Robust leadership skills, paired with the ability to influence across all project resources/stakeholders
Excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills
Must reside in/near Columbus, Ohio and travel up to 75% in the market
Able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation
Preferred
Minimum 5 years of experience in Project Management and IT Integration within a Healthcare Environment preferred (i.e. Healthcare Information Technology, Patient Monitoring, Telemetry, Nursing Informatics)
