They are seeking a detail-driven Engineering Project Manager to oversee a large government program, ensuring project execution aligns with technical and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain detailed project schedules covering all engineering disciplines

Coordinate design reviews, integration checkpoints, and production readiness activities

Ensure alignment of engineering tasks with program requirements and contractual milestones

Serve as the primary customer contact for project-level updates and day-to-day communication

Manage contract modifications, scope adjustments, deliverable impacts, and associated cost/schedule changes

Prepare and deliver formal reports, technical documentation, and compliance evidence required under government contracts

Maintain configuration integrity within Infor PLM and ensure BOM/routing accuracy within SyteLine ERP

Support requirements traceability, certificate packages, and other documentation required for government audits and contract deliverables

Track risks, issues, and dependencies across technical and schedule domains

Drive mitigation planning and follow-through in partnership with engineering teams

Support root-cause and corrective-action activities, ensuring lessons learned feed back into future project phases
