Responsibilities
Support product development projects involving high-performance power components
Run bench testing and characterization for datasheets, validation, and application work
Create test procedures and reports documenting experiments and system evaluations
Assist with rapid prototyping and troubleshooting of circuits and system-level designs
Assemble thermal-mechanical systems for air- and liquid-cooled platforms
Perform precision soldering and rework on small SMT components and assemblies
Maintain lab equipment and inventory including calibration and component management
Support schematic/PCB updates and BOM creation in collaboration with engineering and manufacturing teams
Qualification
Required
Associate degree or 5+ years technical experience
Experience with lab equipment such as scopes, DMMs, analyzers, loads, and sources
Strong SMT soldering and rework skills; IPC certification a plus
Ability to work independently and document clearly
Familiarity with office and CAD tools; Altium experience a plus
Background in power electronics or high-voltage systems is beneficial
Troubleshooting and thermal-mechanical assembly experience is a plus
