Inside Sales Representative
The Royal Group is an industry leader providing value-added solutions to demanding customers. They are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to support their Bethel, NC facility, responsible for processing customer orders and addressing inquiries and complaints.

Responsibilities
Receive customer orders and order changes either directly from customers or from sales representatives and record, process and place orders timely and accurately
Build cost estimates involving routing, manufacturing, and pricing information
Receive and respond promptly to customer complaints and questions and follow-up with appropriate internal personnel as required to improve customer service
Initiate the ordering of proper tooling and material for manufacturing with appropriate plant personnel
Work with Accounting for account questions or disputes from customers and coordinate accounting credits when necessary
Handle and resolve customer questions and/or problems in areas where customer service representatives need assistance
Provide confirmations and other information to customers
Assist sales personnel as appropriate and assist in generating supplemental sales
Track warehouse items to ensure availability and that agreed upon minimum/maximum levels are maintained; analyze monthly usages and re-stocking needs per customer
Regular and predictable attendance

Qualification
Required
Highschool Diploma or GED
Preferred
Experience working in a manufacturing environment
College Degree
Computer literate (MS Excel and MS Word)
Experience in the corrugated container industry
