Responsibilities
HR Business Partnership: Serve as the primary technical point of contact for the HR team. Translate HR business requirements into scalable Workday solutions and functional configurations
System Administration & Configuration: Drive hands-on configuration for HCM Core, including Business Process (BP) design, organization structures, and security role maintenance
SI Partner Liaison: Work daily with the SI partner to review design documents (Workbooks) and validate that the configuration aligns with internal HR operational standards
Data Integrity & Conversion: Own the mapping of legacy data into Workday. Perform deep-dive audits and validations to ensure the system is the 'single source of truth' for HR data at Go-Live
Reporting & Analytics: Design and build a comprehensive suite of reports and dashboards that empower HR leadership with real-time workforce insights
Implementation Support: While supporting the broader project team, focus on the transition from 'project mode' to 'live administration,' ensuring all technical documentation and job aids are ready for day-to-day HR operations
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of HRIS experience
Must have a deep functional understanding of Workday administration
Proven experience participating in at least one full-lifecycle Workday implementation, specifically in an administrative or technical lead capacity
Advanced knowledge of Workday Business Processes, Security Groups, and Advanced Reporting
Ability to advise HR stakeholders on best practices within the Workday ecosystem rather than just executing tasks
Preferred
Workday HCM Core or relevant Pro certifications are a plus
