They are seeking an experienced Pediatric/Family Provider to join their healthcare team, offering flexible scheduling and the opportunity to provide care to pediatric patients in an outpatient setting.

Responsibilities
Needs to see 25 to 30 patients per day, 1 week of call every 3-4 months
Diagnose and treat acute, episodic, or chronic pediatric illnesses
Prescribe necessary medications and treatments in accordance with patient care plans
Perform comprehensive physical exams for pediatric patients and assess their health
Develop and implement pediatric patient management policies and procedures
Facilitate referrals to specialists and medical facilities as necessary
Collaborate with physicians and specialists on patient care
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Educate parents and families on child health, wellness, and preventive care
Qualification
Required
Active California License (Required)
Board-certified Pediatric/Family MD/DO General Pediatrician OR Family Practitioner
EHR Experience Required
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced outpatient clinic environment
Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with both children and parents
