Responsibilities

Coordinate and implement product marketing campaigns, and launch plans, ensuring effective positioning and market readiness
Analyze and report on campaign performance; recommend and lead testing and campaign optimizations to drive improved business results
Utilize primary and secondary market research to find and recommend opportunities for growth and unmet member needs incorporating recommendations on emerging trends
Analyze product performance and competitive positioning to better inform marketing strategies and highlight opportunities for differentiation
Support the development and execution of marketing-driven strategic and tactical plans that contribute to organizational and product-line goals
Measure the effectiveness of product lines and report findings to senior management
Partner with other departments to ensure consistent product messaging, marketplace alignment and efficient rollout of new or enhanced products or services
Collaborate with Consumer Lending, Digital Services, Real Estate and Member Services to develop procedures and processes, as needed for new product launches or enhancements to existing products
Identify opportunities to enhance the member experience by refining processes, communications, and/or delivery methods that support product/service adoption or engagement
As a senior level team member, this role provides strong leadership, guidance and training, serving as a 'go-to' person for questions
Must comply with applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act, the Patriot Act, and laws enforced by the Office of Foreign Assets Control
Provides service that aligns with the Credit Union’s mission of passionately delivering relevant products, services, and education tailored to help our members, employees, and communities achieve their financial goals

Required

Bachelor's degree in marketing, Product Management or related field, plus minimum two years' experience in marketing or product marketing
Minimum one-year experience in financial services marketing
Demonstrates experience in coordinating and overseeing the work of others, including delegating tasks and reviewing completed assignments for quality and accuracy
Strong analytical skills including competitive analysis, product performance, and consumer buying process analysis
Strong organizational, written, verbal, interpersonal, communication and analysis skills
Market segmentation knowledge, target audience identification, and value proposition development
Ability to collaborate and interface with all levels of personnel within the organization
Ability to effectively determine/communicate product profitability results to staff and management in an actionable manner
