Responsibilities
Manage sponsorship and media purchase order setup and invoice acceptance
Support sponsorship operations including media commitments, activation scorecards, and ticket management planning
Track and monitor activation funds to ensure alignment with brand objectives
Support CP&L and Watchtower reporting
Analyze asset mix across IP, activation, hospitality, media, and other categories
Track ROI and integrate insights into renewal planning
Maintain and update 3-Year Plan, Latest Estimate, and regional financial files
Track funding splits and provide budget support across sponsorship and media initiatives
Partner with regional sports managers on brand allocations and exclusivity agreements
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting/Marketing
Experience in operations, finance, media, or marketing
Strong analytical and reporting skills with proficiency in Excel, including Pivot Tables and Lookups
Experience working within databases and extracting reports
Ability to manage cross-functional projects and collaborate with diverse teams
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
Preferred
Interest in sports is highly preferred
