Responsibilities
Lead month-end close activities, including preparing and reviewing journal entries and reconciling balance sheet accounts
Review revenue recognition and make necessary adjustments during close
Research account discrepancies, reconcile balance sheet accounts, and perform variance analysis
Prepare monthly financial statements and related reports
Assist in the creation and review of annual operating budgets
Support quarterly, interim, and year-end audit and financial processes
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of accounting experience, ideally in manufacturing
Hands-on, recent experience with SAP (within the last year), with the ability to speak to modules and T‑codes
Advanced Excel skills: pivot tables, formulas, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, etc
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Strong technical accounting foundation and analytical skills
Preferred
Power BI experience (preferred, not required)
Costing experience is a plus
Experience in high‑volume manufacturing environments
CPA or CMA certification is preferred
Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
