Responsibilities
Oversee and execute daily accounting activities, ensuring accurate and timely posting of financial transactions
Manage full-cycle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, including handling vendor invoices, customer billing, payment applications, and aging reviews
Verify accuracy of pricing, terms, and job details before sending invoices to customers
Process and reconcile customer payments through checks, ACH, and credit cards, and follow up on past due accounts as needed
Perform regular bank and credit card reconciliations to ensure alignment of the general ledger with external statements
Lead month-end close activities, including accruals, journal entries, and account reconciliations
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Excel, with skills in formulas, pivot tables, and exported reports
1-2 years of accounting experience
Strong understanding of GAAP, financial reporting, and core accounting principles
Oversee and execute daily accounting activities, ensuring accurate and timely posting of financial transactions
Manage full-cycle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, including handling vendor invoices, customer billing, payment applications, and aging reviews

Experience with Label-Traxx or other manufacturing/label industry ERP systems
Prior accounting experience in a manufacturing or production-based environment
Familiarity with job costing, inventory, or standard costing is a plus
