Responsibilities
Process and prepare journal entries for month-end close
Reconcile accounts efficiently while adhering to deadlines
Maintain accurate accounting records in accordance with company policies and GAAP standards
Prepare financial data, including ad hoc analyses and Sales & Use/Business Tax reports as needed
Assist supervisors and team members with time-sensitive projects and special assignments
Contribute to departmental efficiency by supporting cross-functional collaboration
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Office Suite
Exceptional attention to detail and time management
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
Preferred
At least 1 year of relevant accounting experience is preferred
Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus or a willingness to quickly learn
