Responsibilities

Process a high volume of vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner

Perform 2‑way and 3‑way matching for purchase orders, receipts, and invoices

Review invoices for proper coding, approvals, and supporting documentation

Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies

Assist with month‑end closing activities related to Accounts Payable

Maintain organized and accurate AP files, ensuring compliance with company policies and audit requirements

Communicate with vendors, internal departments, and field offices to resolve AP issues

Support process improvements and automation initiatives related to payables

Ensure adherence to industry‑specific regulations and accounting practices relevant to oil & gas operations
