Post cash transactions accurately and efficiently
Upload statements and ensure they are updated in the system
Perform cash application for ACH and checks
Conduct cash matching to ensure financial accuracy
Complete adhoc tasks as assigned by the team
Qualification
Required
4+ years of experience with accounts receivable and cash application
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions
Strong reconciliation skills
Ability to adapt and transition between tasks seamlessly
Preferred
Experience in a similar role is preferred
