Ascentium Customer Service Specialist
Ascentium Capital is a division of Regions Bank that provides convenient access to financing for business equipment and technology. The Customer Service Specialist is responsible for handling in-bound customer calls regarding account questions and resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
Receives customer phone calls and resolves issues/concerns if necessary
Researches accounts to discover pertinent information and issues
Determines best method to resolve problems to ensure customer satisfaction and adherence to company policies
Responds to billing inquiries
Handles verification of pay histories and quote payoffs
Coordinates problem resolution with appropriate departments
Informs customers of standard procedures or resolution of problem
Follows up, either verbally or in writing, to ensure customer satisfaction
Works with either close supervision or under clearly defined procedures
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED
One (1) year of customer service experience
Ability to manage multiple priorities
Ability to learn additional systems as needed
Ability to work in a team environment when applicable
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
Strong attention to detail and proof-reading skills
Strong verbal, written communication, and organizational skills
Strong work ethic and self-motivation
