Responsibilities
Prepare and file sales and use tax returns across multiple states
Maintain exemption certificates and compliance documentation
Support sales and use tax audits and reverse audits
Configure and maintain tax engines (Vertex, Avalara, OneSource)
Collaborate with Accounting, Procurement, A/R, and IT on tax matters
Assist with system testing and process improvements
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
5+ years of sales and use tax compliance experience
Multi‑state and indirect tax experience
Experience with Vertex, Avalara, or OneSource
Strong Excel and data analysis skills
Preferred
Dynamics 365 experience is a plus
