Support day-to-day product operations and platform performance
Coordinate feature launches, QA, and releases
Monitor metrics and flag issues or trends
Investigate and resolve platform or market issues with Product and Trading
Analyze user and operational data to drive improvements
Manage site merchandising and in-product content placement
Qualification
Required
2+ years in product ops, operations, analytics, or a similar role
Comfortable working with data and turning insights into action
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Interest in sports, sports predictions, and fast-growing startups
Willing to work in-office with some schedule flexibility
