Responsibilities

Support the management of multiple global Advisory & Expert Services clients by implementing best practices for effective iLEVEL system setup and utilization

Execute thorough business analysis to identify specific requirements and use cases for iLEVEL clients

Address identified requirements by delivering tailored solutions that meet client needs

Collaborate with team members to establish action items that address client issues and plan their execution effectively

Work closely with internal teams, including Product, Client Management, and Operations, to deliver targeted solutions for client portfolio monitoring and reporting requirements

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualifications in finance, economics, accounting, or related field

Knowledge of the private capital market, financial analysis, and reporting

3-5 years of relevant experience in client service or operations, preferably in private capital or investment management

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel; experience of using iLEVEL or other portfolio monitoring software is an added advantage

Excellent communication skills and the ability to build and nurture relationships with clients and internal stakeholders

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Capacity to work independently in an efficient and accountable manner

Experience collaborating effectively in a team setting, even under pressure and tight deadlines
