Responsibilities

Proactive Large Deal Shaping & Collaboration

Partner closely with Sales and Account teams (EE, EN, NN) to identify and shape large-deal opportunities

Engage early with clients as a thought partner to influence deal constructs and strategic direction

Large Pursuit Solutioning & Value Proposition Development

Lead end‑to‑end solution constructs for large pursuits—defining the WHY, WHAT, and HOW behind the solution

Analyze client context, business drivers, industry trends, and enterprise challenges to create compelling value propositions

Architect solutions across managed services, ADM, cloud migration, modernization, GenAI, and specialized transformation programs

Collaborate with Service Line SMEs, Delivery Leaders, and Practices to build differentiated, scalable solutions

Client Engagement & Thought Leadership

Build strong client relationships to seed ideas, incubate new opportunities, and shape future deals

Bring forward innovative transformation concepts and unique approaches that resonate with client priorities

Strategic Technology Leadership

Provide technology direction across multi‑tower solutions, aligning solution constructs with client context and strategic needs

Introduce innovative positioning themes that help differentiate LTIMindtree in competitive pursuits

Analyst Influence

Engage with industry analysts to strengthen LTIMindtree’s positioning and leverage analyst insights for key pursuits

Excellent communication and articulation skills; capable of translating complex ideas into compelling solution stories

Client‑facing leadership with the ability to conduct high‑impact discussions

Creative problem‑solving ability to craft differentiated, client‑centric solutions

A strong team player who works seamlessly across functions, leadership levels, and delivery organizations

Exceptional storytelling abilities, with the capability to engage both technical leaders (CTOs, VPs of Engineering) and business executives (GMs, BU Heads)

Strong executive presence and confidence lead discussions in fast‑moving, ambiguous environments
